For New Years Eve this year I made a Malted Vanilla Ice Cream with Chocolate Caramel Chunks along with homemade waffle cone bowls - wow ... delicious!
The ice recipe is as follows:
First, I made my own
Ice Cream Base - a super rich and creamy mixture I developed for all my ice creams.
Next, after cooling the mix overnight in the 'fridge, I added vanilla and 6 tablespoons of Carnation Malted Milk mix and whisked it thoroughly. I added the mix to my ice cream maker and started churning.
While that was going, I chopped up some Hershey's Chocolate Caramel bars to mix in later.
One of the best ice creams I've made! Plus with the homemade waffle cone bowls, all I can say is WOW!
